On Monday September 14, 2020 I signed up for Markay’s 1k course.
My goal is to find out how to make an easy extra 1k a month and to see if Markay herself is making at least 1k a month trading.
I paid the $49 but before I could complete my purchase, I had to reject two long up sales it was a lot of scrolling. When I was finally able to click through and pay, I went to check my e-mail for the course. I received a receipt for buying the course then an email from Markey that had a link to her webinar but no link to the course. I was confused and I began to look for contact info to ask for the link to the course. Then over 7 minutes later I received an e-mail from a different sender with the link to the course.

After signing up I went through the web site. The sight reminded me of the Wealthpress site with Roger Scott and Tom Busby. The course was easy to find and navigate through. I had easy access to everything. The course was broken down into different modules. The modules were based on her advertised bundle.
Her course consists of Quick start videos which is a guy named Steven Place on options. He does 10 videos for 70 minutes. The 30-minute Blueprint which is an 8-page PDF on 3 chart patterns. Markay’s Market Breakdown 3 PDF’s 5-10 pages each on her actual stock picks (This is where you get to make that 1k per month). Then you have Markay’s Master Class which is Markay doing a 1 hour and 50-minute seminar video. Then you have Peek Over my shoulder which is 11 videos for 25 minutes of content. And her Urgent updates which is 2 videos for 8 minutes of content and 2 PDFs 1 page each. (Show all and highlight as I go over them)
First, I want to go over a summary of my finding of the course broken down by each of the six modules.
Trying to pick a stocks direction in my opinion has about a 50-50 probability. Trying to manage money around a 50% probability bet is like playing blackjack in Las Vegas. It is extremely difficult to consistently make money. I cannot think of anyone I know personally that has been successful at it. If you know someone personally that is successful at this, please send them my way so I can evaluate their process.
After spending $49 and going through 3 hours and 33 minutes of video content and reading 6 different PDF’s which added up to 30 pages of data. I did not see anything close to being proprietary. I did not see Markay Latimer successfully make money trading stocks. In fact, I never even saw her execute any trades. I never saw anything that credibly showed that she even held any positions. She had 6 modules and 4 of those modules were nonactionable content. Two modules had actionable content. The actions were to possibly execute 3 different trades. One had a price entry that was not achieved so no action was taken. One lost 77%. And one reached triggered entry price, but no further recommendations were made on profit target or stop price. None of the recommendations or content ever addressed how to size your positions.
The content inside the course does not even address the marketing content. In my opinion 98% of the time was focused on created good marketing content and 2% of the efforts were applied toward the actual content behind the paywall. The whole course was specifically created and designed to sell a course and not to provide any value in any way.
I could just go to YouTube and search for stock trading videos pick any video send the video creator $100 and I will get 10 times the value of this course. I wish I were a better writer because I cannot even begin to explain how bad this course is. Bottom line Stay away from Markay Latimer.
