Earnings Edge “YouTube Proof” Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the full legal terms governing the Earnings Edge “YouTube Proof” Guarantee offered by Real P&L, Karl Domm, and affiliates ("Provider").

By purchasing and participating in the Earnings Edge Program, you ("Participant") agree to the following conditions:

1. Guarantee Overview

Provider offers a 100% refund guarantee to any Participant who can demonstrate that the complete instructional content, methodology, and training materials contained in the Earnings Edge Program are available publicly for free on YouTube in an unpirated and legally published format.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the YouTube Proof Guarantee, the Participant must satisfy all of the following requirements:

2.1 Proof of Public Availability

Participant must provide clear, timestamped, and publicly accessible links to YouTube videos showing the same proprietary strategy, edge criteria, rules, trade structure, and full methodology taught within the Earnings Edge program. General options trading content or partially similar material does not qualify.

The content must match the full, proprietary system taught inside the program. Partial coverage, basic concepts, or similar strategies without complete implementation details will not be considered valid proof.

2.2 Verification of Authentic Source

The video(s) submitted must be published by a verifiable third party with no affiliation to the Provider, and must not originate from pirated, leaked, screen-recorded, or reuploaded Earnings Edge materials. Videos must be clearly identifiable as legally published public content.

Content taken from behind a paywall, private community, or private coaching call — then illegally uploaded — does not qualify as “available on YouTube” for purposes of this Guarantee.

3. Review and Refund Process

3.1 Submission Deadline

Participant must submit all requested YouTube proof within 30 calendar days of original purchase. Requests submitted after this deadline are not eligible.

3.2 Review Process

Provider will review submitted content to determine whether the entirety of the proprietary Earnings Edge training is publicly available as claimed. The determination of material equivalence is at the sole discretion of the Provider.

If the Provider agrees that the submitted content fully replicates the complete Earnings Edge training, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 7 business days.

4. Access Termination Upon Refund

In the event that a refund is granted under this policy, Participant’s access to all Earnings Edge products, services, alerts, communities, trade signals, trainings, and related materials will be permanently revoked and access will be terminated immediately upon refund issuance.

5. Limitation of Liability

This guarantee represents the full extent of Provider’s liability. Under no circumstances shall Provider be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, opportunity costs, or emotional distress.

6. Final Authority

No social media posts, testimonials, or verbal statements shall override the terms stated in this document. The determination of eligibility under this guarantee lies solely with the Provider.

7. Modification and Termination

Provider reserves the right to update or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall not affect Participants who purchased the program before such modifications were made.

By purchasing the Earnings Edge Program, Participant acknowledges full understanding of and agreement to these terms.
